Irina Osovskaya - Advisor

With over 20 + years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry at both Johnson & Johnson and AstraZeneca, Irina has held senior roles across R&D, Commercial, and IT.  A recognised leader in Digital Health and AI, with deep expertise in strategy execution and innovation, she has extensive experience across the full innovation lifecycle, from piloting to scaling transformative technologies at both local and global levels.

As an active contributor to the pharma and tech ecosystem—through speaking engagements, advisory boards, and industry awards— Irina has built a strong international network. With 16+ years of team leadership and a proven ability to bridge business and technology, Irina has successfully delivered impactful digital solutions in partnership with academia, healthcare systems, and start-ups.

Holding an MSc in Information Systems and Computing, Irina is a Chartered Marketer, and an Innovation Leadership Executive programme graduate from Babson College,  Irina is also pursuing a PhD at UCL on the impact of digital health records on patient outcomes. Irina is a  Forbes Technology Council member and the Vice-Chair of Health AI Committee at UKDHC.
